Cancellation Policy
Emmet Learning has a no-refund policy and a 48 hour rescheduling policy.
Emmet Learning Rescheduling Policy:
Reschedule requests without proper (48 hours) notice will not be accepted.
Rescheduled sessions will be based on tutor availability and will be conducted via Zoom only.
Multiple reschedules aren't allowed. Only one reschedule a month with proper notice will be allowed.
Being over 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, with no refunds.
Fees are non-refundable for missed lessons.
All sessions are to be completed within the month they have been scheduled; i.e., if you reschedule in December, the lesson MUST be made up in December and does not roll forward Jan/Feb.
Exceptions are granted at the tutor's discretion; i.e., sudden illness, family emergency
If the tutor cancels, sessions are rescheduled at the student's convenience.
Text Reminders
A text reminder will be sent 48 hours and 1 hour before all appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is due up front. Payments can be made monthly or up to three months in advance (to align with ESA funding quarters). Sessions are not held until payment is received. Classwallet payments must be submitted and a photo of proof of submission must be sent to kristin@emmetlearning.com before sessions are held. Exceptions will be granted at the tutors discretion.
Invoices will be delivered via email and text within 48 hours after sessions have been booked.
